The TFOS CLD Workshop is well underway. Subcommittees have been, and will be, meeting at the following times and locations:
“Neurobiology of discomfort and pain” at the InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel from September 14-16
“Trial design and outcomes” at the InterContinental Boston from September 16-17
“Contact lens materials, design & care” at the InterContinental Boston from September 21-23
“Management & therapy” at the InterContinental Boston from September 21-23
“Contact lens interactions with the ocular surface & adnexa” at the InterContinental Park Lane from September 27-29
“Contact lens interactions with the tear film” at the InterContinental Park Lane from September 29 to October 1
“Epidemiology” at the InterContinental New York Barclay from October 3-4
“Definition & Classification” at Houston’s Hotel Icon from October 4-5
“Industry Liaison” in November or December at a site to be determined
Initial outlines are due from Subcommittees on October 15, at which time the review and comment period will begin.
